The Adult Demographics Survey provides standardized adult demographic questions and response options for research studies involving adult participants. Available in both English and Spanish, this resource was created by the SDSU HealthLINK Center’s Research Capacity Core and Measurement Methods Group. Qualtrics and REDCap templates of the Adult Demographics Survey are also available upon request via HealthLINK.services@sdsu.edu
